As the GAO HR Support Services Human Resources Specialist, you will support GAO Human Resources Support Services' eOPF Scanning Services by performing OPF reviews, scanning, indexing, quality control, and transitioning employee records to eOPF in compliance with OPM, federal, and GAO requirements.

You might be the professional we're looking for if you have:
Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship.
A minimum (3) years of experience in federal HR in two or more of the following areas: personnel processing, OPF file maintenance, staffing, and/or benefits.
A minimum (3) years of experience in the use of the eOPF system, HRConnect, and NFC Mainframe/Reporting.
A minimum of (1) year of experience with Personnel Action Request (PAR) processing.
Experience in large-scale digitization using FADGI 3-star guidelines.
Proficiency in use of the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Proficiency with scanning equipment.
Knowledge of OPF records and how to verify service history.
Ability to conduct quality control reviews to check the accuracy of HR documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with individuals at all levels to request and provide information.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in performing routine tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy of data.
Knowledge of the appropriate safeguards to protect documents against loss and unauthorized dissemination.
