Help maintain compliance with applicable California and federal employment requirements, including wage-and-hour, meal-and-rest-period, leave, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and workplace safety requirements.

Coordinate employee training, policy acknowledgements, performance reviews, and other HR programs.
