Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing workforce across multiple U.S. locations. This role will report to the HR Manager and will focus on employee relations, compliance, benefits, and policy administration. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Korean/English), adaptable, and passionate about people and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, employee changes, and personnel file management
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states
Assist in workplace investigations, performance documentation, and corrective actions
Facilitate employee engagement programs and HR communications (including Korean translations)
Collaborate with the payroll administrator to ensure accurate employee data and leave tracking
Maintain HRIS records and generate reports as needed
Translate and create bilingual HR documents (Korean/English)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
Moderate fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written) required.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor law basics
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus
