Job Title: Human Resources Administrator On-site

Position Overview
The Human Resources Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient execution of core functions including onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and employee support. This role is critical in maintaining organized HR processes and delivering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes
- Support payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and system setup
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit documentation and system access removal
- Ensure a seamless and professional employee transition experience
Employee Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
- Assist with employee relations documentation and issue tracking
- Support internal communications and HR initiatives
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain HR documentation in compliance with legal and company standards
- Prepare HR reports, audits, and data tracking as needed
- Support policy updates and implementation
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in HR administration or coordination
- Working knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and administrative skills
