    Company Overview

We are a growing Chinese restaurant group operating multiple brands and locations across the U.S. Our team is focused on building strong operations, consistent execution, and long-term growth. We are looking for a results-driven HR Supervisor who understands the pace and reality of the restaurant industry.

    Position Summary

The HR Supervisor will lead and drive all core HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training. This role is not administrative — we are looking for someone who can build systems, solve problems, and deliver measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Recruitment (Critical Priority)

Develop and execute hiring plans based on store operations and new store openings

Lead hiring for key roles (store managers, supervisors, kitchen positions, corporate staff)

Improve job descriptions, screening standards, and interview processes

Manage recruitment channels (Indeed, referrals, agencies, etc.)

Track and analyze hiring metrics: applicant flow, interview rate, offer acceptance, onboarding success

    1. Compensation & Benefits

Review and improve salary structures across different roles

Provide recommendations based on market and internal performance

Support development of incentive and bonus structures

Continuously improve employee benefits to enhance retention

    1. Performance Management

Build and refine performance evaluation systems for store and corporate roles

Work with department leaders to define clear, measurable goals

Ensure performance reviews are executed effectively (not just formality)

Use performance data to identify top performers and underperformance

    1. Training & Development

Design and implement training programs (new hire, management, cross-department)

Improve employee capability and operational consistency

Ensure training leads to real improvements in execution and teamwork

    1. HR Team & Operations

Manage HR Specialist and ensure execution quality

Maintain clear tracking systems for recruitment, employee data, training, and performance

Identify HR-related risks and propose practical solutions

    Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or independent role

Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location operations strongly preferred

Proven ability to deliver hiring results and improve HR systems

Strong execution mindset — not just process-driven

    Excellent communication and coordination skills

Fluent in both Mandarin and English (required)

Familiar with U.S. labor practices and compliance is a plus

    What We’re Looking For

Someone who can get things done, not just talk about HR theory

Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment

Someone who can partner with managers and solve real business problems

    Compensation

    $80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)

    Performance-based bonus

Growth opportunity within a fast-expanding restaurant group
