Responsibilities: • Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees • Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation • Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports • Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment Qualifications: • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management • Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
