As an HR Support Coordinator, you will serve as a primary administrative and project support partner to our HR Centers of Excellence, helping drive efficient, compliant, and people-centered HR operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a passion for supporting employees and improving HR processes.
In this role, you'll manage key onboarding activities, support HR operations, maintain data integrity, assist with colleague inquiries, and contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field (required)
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail
Proven ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working in HR systems and databases
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with HR data

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $25.00 and $32.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
