Location: This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in Maryland or surrounding regions to support occasional in-person business needs and recruiting events.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled full lifecycle Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in support of our Engineering and Sciences organization. We are looking for a collaborative, strategic recruiting professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. Ideal candidates will bring strong sourcing skills , sound judgment , and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring teams. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact critical national security missions while working alongside a high-performing, mission-driven team.

Qualifications: Level 2 Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
U.S. Citizenship required.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with hiring managers to execute strategic recruiting plans.
Proven success managing multiple technical requisitions in high-volume environments.
Proficiency in ATS and HRIS platforms.
Experience building and nurturing diverse talent pipelines.
Excellent communication skills with a consultative, candidate-focused approach.
