    Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Level 2)
    Location: This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in Maryland or surrounding regions to support occasional in-person business needs and recruiting events.
    Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required

    ********Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled full lifecycle Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in support of our Engineering and Sciences organization. We are looking for a collaborative, strategic recruiting professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. Ideal candidates will bring strong sourcing skills , sound judgment , and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring teams. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact critical national security missions while working alongside a high-performing, mission-driven team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop data-driven recruiting strategies.

    • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across a variety of technical disciplines.

    • Leverage social media, job boards, employee referrals, and events to attract diverse talent pools.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations and internal hiring policies.

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within applicant tracking systems (ATS).

    • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

    • Collaborate with HR and business leadership to support a seamless onboarding experience.

    Qualifications: Level 2 Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate).

      • An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • U.S. Citizenship required.

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with hiring managers to execute strategic recruiting plans.

    • Proven success managing multiple technical requisitions in high-volume environments.

    • Proficiency in ATS and HRIS platforms.

    • Experience building and nurturing diverse talent pipelines.

    • Excellent communication skills with a consultative, candidate-focused approach.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in agency or staffing firm environments, especially in competitive or high-performance markets.

    • Knowledge of government contracting, aerospace, or defense industry recruiting.

    • Familiarity with Workday (ATS) and Eightfold (AI talent platform).

    • Understanding of OFCCP regulations and recruiting in a compliant, regulated setting.

    • Proficiency with social and digital sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, online communities).

    • Awareness of technical industry trends and talent landscape.

    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support business needs and recruitment events. ** ******
