Human Resource/ Talent Acquisition Manager
Seeking a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager to build and run an internal recruiting function while supporting HR operations. This role focuses on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent across multiple business lines, reducing reliance on external recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000
- Bonuses tied to new hire retention (30 / 90 / 180 days) $1000 Per metric hit, for a total of $3000
- Source and recruit candidates across roles including HVAC, sales, operations, marketing, and admin
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines
- Proactively engage passive candidates (not just job postings)
- Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes
- Manage job postings and recruiting platforms
- Track hiring metrics and improve recruiting processes

- Implement best practices and support multi-entity hiring needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience hiring for trades, operations, or sales preferred
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR compliance and ATS systems
