    Position: Part-Time Human Resources Talent Manager Location: Scranton / Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania (Hybrid) Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week Why This Role Is Unique This is not a traditional “paperwork HR” position. This role is an opportunity to help shape the culture and talent pipeline of a respected and mission-driven mental health organization. You will work directly with leadership to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience while helping us continue to grow responsibly and ethically. Responsibilities: Recruitment Hiring • Manage job postings and applicant pipelines • Screen candidates and conduct first-round interviews • Coordinate interviews with supervisors and leadership • Help build a consistent clinician recruitment pipeline Onboarding & Offboarding • Coordinate onboarding for new hires • Ensure all HR documentation and systems are completed • Support a smooth and welcoming transition for new team members • Conduct exit interviews and track patterns that inform improvement Employee Support & HR Operations • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR matters • Assist with benefits coordination and enrollment • Maintain HR records and documentation • Work with payroll and HR systems (Paycom) Performance & Culture • Help coordinate annual and 90-day evaluations • Support supervisors with HR processes and documentation • Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture • Help identify opportunities to strengthen retention and engagement Qualifications: • Experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Recruiting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems preferred (Paycom a plus) • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Compensation: $30 - $36 hourly
