Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and talented Human Resources Coordinator /Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid position and requires only part of your time as Human Resources Coordinator. For this mid-size professional medical corporation you will have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable in labor laws, recruiting employees, keeping personnel files and addressing employee issues or concerns in addition to any other tasks required for this position.
In this role, you will also work with the department Managers to perform Administrative Assistant tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting. **You should be versatile and adept at EXCEL worksheets.
Qualifications College degree in Human Resources desired Previous experience in Human Resources Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar position Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
