As an Accountant you will join our team to perform and ensure accounting and finances tasks are performed accurately and on-time. Your attention to detail will help us maintain accurate financial records as we serve our clients and partners creating positive experiences in line with company mission and core values.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform and assist in company and client financial processing and reporting
- Perform accounting and finance tasks, GL updates, weekly AP/AR, and Vendor/Client Reconciliations
- Track and ensure Client reporting deadlines are met
- Provide support to junior team members, providing guidance to tasks, mission and core values
- Work with Controller on controls, process, resource management, cash flow and projections
- Interact with operations and management on client and company finance tasks
- Assist Controller on annual tax prep, reviews, and audit support
- Liaison with Vendors and third parties related to Finance
- Support company licensing, insurance and bonding tasks

Required Skills
- Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills, experience in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong problem solving, communication and reconciliation abilities
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 1-3 related field or equivalent experience
- Quick books experience
- Some public and/or private accounting experience; CPA not necessary
