The Technical Writer is a full-time, on-site position and must document all knowledge-based information, processes, and procedures. They will serve as a Technical Writer in the Service Desk and other OIG areas for the documentation of OCIO support and services. They will also support report writing, presentation development, and reviewing information in reporting/analysis tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Work on site daily with the government customer and HumanTouch leadership (some exceptions apply due to COVID)
• Work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday
• Designing/creating/maintaining technical and knowledge-based documentation including (but not limited to):
  • Knowledge Repository
  • Process/Procedure Documents
  • Online Help
  • User guides
  • White papers
  • Requirements documents
  • Use cases
  • Documentation of items escalated to OIG Tier III and Engineering personnel
• Provide analytical support on Service Desk data and information
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

The Technical Writer position is critical to the success of the OIG and Service Desk and must create an effective working relationship with the COR, COTRs, Engineers, and CIO management team.

Qualifications:

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a moderate background investigation and SAMHSA Drug Screening test
• High School Diploma or GED
