Qualifications:
5 or more years' experience in human resources management, including:

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification strongly preferred
Associate's Degree or higher preferred
Experience with compliance requirements for staff size of 100 or more
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Familiar with federal and state labor and employment regulations
Proficient in computer use and ability to learn new software
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
Knowledge of insurance benefits options, terminology, general management
General familiarity with COVID-19, management of exposures in the workplace, and FL vaccination regulations
