JOIN THE 2023 FIS UNIVERSITY SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM!

As a 2023 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors.

This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 5, 2023 and conclude on August 11, 2023. 

 ABOUT THE TEAM 

We are Digital Implementations.  Our teams implement several Digital Online Banking products (think mobile banking app and online banking).  We are a fun and energetic organization with a management team that strives for great culture in a fast-paced environment.  We have team members across several states in the U.S. as well as offshore in other countries. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING  

• You will be processing incoming project requests from our clients and sales teams
• You can let your customer service skills shine as you engage with clients and resources from internal teams within and outside of our organization
• You will assist with scheduling and implementing features of the Digital Online Banking products under the guidance of your management team, team leads, and senior Implementation-Conversion Analysts
• You will follow established processes while having a voice on process improvements considerations
• You will have opportunity to make a positive difference with the meaningful work you do each day for our clients by providing the best customer experience possible

WHAT YOU BRING

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• Rising Senior (graduating December 2023 through May 2024)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
