    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    You will part of a fast paced Digital Certificate Management team responsible for architecting and developing solutions for certificate generation and automation. Perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.     ABOUT THE ROLE: As an IT Security Analyst Specialist with FIS, your skills will be put to the test on the front lines of cyber-crime. Information security is at the heart of fintech and you’ll help protect and secure highly-sensitive financial data for customers around the world.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Work on the Certificate Vulnerability remediation project

    • Identification of vulnerable certificates

    • Working with LOBs

    • Remediation of vulnerable certificates

    • Work with PKI Engineering, Cyber Security, and Application

    • Support teams in obtaining data from specific source repositories (e.g. Venafi, Qualys, Nexpose, ServiceNow) used to determine ownership of a host or piece of equipment where a cert has been discovered from a scan or agents

    • Work with Developers, Systems Administrators, Middleware Administrators, Software Engineers, Application owners, and executives to validate certificate(s) application, server, location, IP address, etc. and advise them on certificate expiration inventories

    • Escalate urgent pending PKI certificate expirations to senior PKI engineers, Application Support, and Cyber Security executives for priority remediation

    • Venafi tasks

    • Assist with onboarding various teams and importing certificates

    • Assist users with basic certificate creation issues

    • Add groups/users, manage permissions, remove groups/users

    • Create, cut, and deploy certificates when necessary via legacy portals or via Venafi

    • Make recommendations to improve maturity of existing tools and capabilities improve protection

    • Meet with customers to identify and analyze requirements, risks, business processes, existing technologies, etc

    • Provide excellent service to every internal/external client that utilizes PKI

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Knowledge of information storing systems (Confluence, SharePoint)

    • Understanding of Change Management Processes

    • Basic understating of Data Protection topics

    • Basic Cryptography understanding

    • Experience with certificate management

    • Experience with Veafi/Keyfactor

    • Experience with creating, cutting, and deploying certificates

    • Basic certificate security standard understanding

    • Basic understanding of IPv4 and IPv6

    • Knowledge of Agile and JIRA desirable

    • 7+ years of applicable experience

    • A bachelor's in computer science or a related field, or the equivalent experience.
