    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • The Common Fund Valuation Specialist ensures accurate fund accounting and the striking and publishing of Net Asset Values for Reliance Common Trust Funds (CTFs).

    • The Corporate Actions Processor monitors and processes all capital changes and reorganizations involving assets held in trust accounts.

    • The Cost Basis Specialist onboards, maintains and delivers cost basis on new and existing clients in accordance with IRS cost basis regulations.

    • The Income Associate reconciles and posts all cash and reinvested income from stocks, bonds, mutual funds and sundry assets.

    • The Mutual Funds New Accounts Associate sets up and maintains new mutual fund accounts, as well as, the maintenance, tracking and updating for various company lines of business.

    • The Mutual Funds Trading Processor monitors and posts all mutual fund trades through the NSCC. The Trade Specialist ensures all manual instructions from clients and automated instructions from the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) are received in good order to allow for timely settlement.

    WHAT YOU BRING:

    • High school diploma or GED. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience preferrable.

    • Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and tools as well as applications specific to trust systems/processes

    • Requires strong problem-solving, time management, organizational and data entry skills

    • Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines

    • Ability to work in an organized manner

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality

    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

    • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
