This position will focus on the procurement and legal process for establishing and recording contractual agreements. The role will concentrate specifically on the execution of the external temporary labor process, contractual analysis and reporting, and other procurement/sourcing assignments as needed. This opportunity will provide valuable experience in the functional areas of procurement, sourcing, and legal operations in addition to exposure to additional stakeholders within the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to review documents to identify critical dates
• Review and record various company contracts for labor services and existing agreements
• Review and update existing contracts
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Organize and maintain system of digital records
• Facilitate execution using the approval process to ensure accurate and swift execution for company labor engagements
• Analyze and identify potential risks involved with specific contract terms

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies and errors
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Must have acute MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Operates with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners

The hours per week are flexible.

The location can be onsite and/or hybrid.
