Checkr is looking for an exceptional ENGINEERING MANAGER to lead our Criminal Screenings team. This team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of criminal and civil court records to our customers. It is the highest volume background checks offered at Checkr, and the quality of this product is critical to the company’s long-term success and mission of building a fairer future. Please note: while you will be facing engaging technical challenges, this is a people focused role.
In this role, you will be joining the Background Check program, which is responsible for our core product. This program currently supports 36 software engineers, is 50% URG, and 44% women-identifying. Your commitment to supporting an inclusive environment is an essential part of this role.

_The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within Colorado is $177,013-$206,250. _
