    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    As a VALUED MEMBER of our team, the FRAUD PREVENTION ANALYST supports the company in DETECTING, INVESTIGATING, AND MITIGATING FRAUD AND OTHER MALICIOUS ACTIVITY, PROTECTING OUR CLIENTS AND THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    The DIGITAL FRAUD AND SECURITY team is part of the DIGITAL BANKING LINE OF BUSINESS. THE TEAM includes THREE associates who work in multiple locations and are well trained with a desire to provide superior customer service.     WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

    You will be responsible working with clients and internal teams to investigate and resolve reported fraud.  You will represent the Digital Banking business with client on fraud cases.  

    • Digital Banking point of contact for reported fraud cases
    • Understanding the mindset of criminals and scammers by investigating their activities and learning from their actions
    • Analyzing data to understand user and fraudster behavior
    • Creating and implementing solutions to mitigate fraudster behavior
    • Communicating investigation findings and resolutions internally and to clients
    • Working from home. This position will work remotely and will require you to identify a location from which you can maintain the confidentiality of customer account information.  You will need high-speed internet with ethernet access. 
    • 100% virtual training 9:00am – 5:30pm ET (Monday through Friday) for 5 to 6 weeks
    • Full-time position working an eight hour per day schedule somewhere between the hours of 7:00am – 5:00pm CST (Monday through Friday) after conclusion of training
    • Participate in ongoing training to expand overall knowledge

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives with internal teams and clients
    • Ability to clearly communicate verbally in writing
    • Financial Services / Digital Banking knowledge and experience
    • Ability to investigate and solve problems using multiple data sources and systems
    • Relevant fraud resolution experience
