ABOUT THE TEAM

The Analytics & Value Engineering team acts as the compass and chief navigator for the global sales organization at FIS. We shape the future of our sales success through constantly carving out the most efficient path to revenue growth with insight and execution. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Design, build, and test predictive models that enable the sales organization to maximize ROI through optimized resource deployment.

• Extract, integrate, and analyze large data sets to synthesize insights that have an impact on the sales organization.

• Evaluate current and proposed KPIs and performance methodologies to ensure fit-for-purpose and correlation of KPIs to business outcomes.

• Lead analytical projects covering win/loss analysis, quota setting, territory assignments, client segmentation, whitespace and TAM, account planning, next nth product, renewals, cross-sell and upsell.

• Participate in cross-functional tiger teams acting as data expert for sources and uses of internal sales data resources.

• Identify and differentiate the factors that influence sales performance outcomes. • Assist business analysts with finding patterns and relationships in data.

• Present analyses to fellow team members, stakeholders and executives • Share knowledge with other members of analytics team. • Evaluate and improve internal tools and processes.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Excellent data analysis and automation skills which enable you to rapidly distil insights from large data sets

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment

• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced proficiency with Python, Java, and R code writing

• Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modelling, and software architecture.

• Passion to challenge the status quo and priorities of analytical projects based on perceived work effort required and potential to improve business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
