    Job Description

    We have a Part Time opening for a Human Resource Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona. Job Title: Human Resources Specialist Department: Office Reports to: Administrator Mon- Fri, Part-Time at 20 hours a week. PAY- $26.53-$31.73 per hour. in a year, this will be approximately $27,600-$33,000 part time based on final pay rate offered. JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Specialist provides support to the management team on a range of activities. This position will be the day-to-day facility-based HR representation and will focus on recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee performance, separations, and other organizational projects. The Human Resources Specialist will: ● Implement HR policies and programs as required by Humble Home Chore Service ● Ensure job descriptions for all positions for are accurate and up to date and changed as needed ● Create and participate in development and employee training programs within the organization ● Conduct performance reviews with supervisors and Quality Assurance ● Provide assistance with implementation of any HR related programs or software ● Work with the administrator to recruitment and retention top quality staff ● Employee Relations ● Assist in compensation and benefits programs. ● Publish company wide communications ● Enforce company code of conduct ● Ensure compliance with certifications and licencing for all positions ● Approve and manage employee schedules ● Approve payroll ● Recruitment and hiring (recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring of non-exempt team members) ● Assisting management in developing local recruiting strategy which markets company, culture, and opportunity within the local communities. ● Facilitating onboarding ● Performance reviews and disciplinary actions by assisting management to address and document basic performance and behavior issues such as attendance, behavior, tardiness, etc. ● Track and report on company turnover and attrition; monitor various trends and make recommendations to management and leadership when problem areas are identified. ● Work with local management to identify ways to improve policies and procedures. ● Partner with management to manage the employment separation process and all documentation. ● Conduct or attend required company meetings and training and participate in constructive discussion. ● Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook. ● Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set. ● Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service. ● Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner. Company Software System: ● Google Suite ● Windows 10 ● IOS ● Therap Required Skills: ● Payroll Processing in ADP and Tsheets ● Knowledge in recruitment . The company uses ZipRecruiter, Indeed, college boards, etc. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ○ Listening and speaking skills are essential. The ideal candidate must convey information effectively, and pay careful attention to questions and concerns from job applicants and employees. ● Excellent decision making skills ○ Specialists use decision making skills when reviewing candidates' qualifications or when working to resolve disputes. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ○ Specialists must be detail oriented when evaluating applicants' qualifications, performing background checks, maintaining records of an employee grievance, and ensuring that a workplace is in compliance with labor standards. ● Excellent interpersonal skills ○ Specialists continually interact with new people and must be able to converse and connect with people from different backgrounds. ● Represent self and company in a professional and positive manner. ● A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as with other team members and management.
