ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for an ambitious, detail oriented operations associate who is looking for a challenging position in a fast-paced, start-up environment. In this role, there's no such thing as a typical day. The Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Supply Chain Manager and works closely with our vendors and 3PL partners to deliver our range of healthy foods to our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Create dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to assist in management decision making.
• Support all aspects of the supply chain including sourcing, planning, forecasting, fulfillment, and distribution.
• Continue to develop and update SOPs to refine day-to-day operations.
• Support weekly order processing by updating inventory records and ensuring accurate availability for customers.
• Evaluate current shipping partners and schedules to identify cost and service improvement opportunities.
• Assess opportunities for inbound freight and storage cost savings including shipment consolidation and inventory reallocation.
• Assess current box packout configurations and determine optimal packouts based on warehouse location, temperatures, and customer location.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years operations experience, ideally in a direct-to-consumer shipping environment; start-up experience a plus
• Bachelor's Degree required with focus on supply chain, operations, or related area
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable learning new systems
• SQL proficiency (you can find your way around a database and write queries with joins)
• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Has the willingness to dive in with a no-task-is-too-small attitude
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work both independently while contributing to and collaborating with a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
