We are seeking a DESIGN ENGINEER to join our team in IRVINE, CA! You will assist with project coordination and filing project documentation, project plan submittal schedules, etc.

DUTIES:

• Assist with project coordination and filing project documentation, project plan submittal schedules, etc.
• Prepare site plan, plotting exhibits, and grading studies as needed for coordination purposes.
• Prepare precise grading plans and private street and storm drain improvement plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hunsaker & Associates, an established planning, civil engineering, and surveying firm has opportunities in our Irvine, Riverside, and Los Angeles, California offices for Design Engineers with experience in Land Development. Candidate should have the following qualifications:

  · Engineer should have minimum 3-5 years proven design experience.

  · Intermediate to advance experience with AUTOCAD.

  · Knowledge of Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Los Angeles County Design Standards

  · Assist with project coordination and filing project documentation, follow project plan submittal schedules, etc.

  · Prepare site plan, plotting exhibits and grading studies as needed.

  · Prepare precise grading plans and private street and storm drain improvement plans.

  · Engineering experience with any of the following helpful; rough grading, precise grading, road, sewer, water, storm drain designs, plan and profiles

  · Hold a university degree in engineering.

  · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  · Professional Engineer (PE) License or Engineer In Training (EIT) preferred.
