Vital functions
The Marketing and Sales Analyst is responsible for playing a key role in our marketing, social media, and business development campaigns, providing research in support of client identification and for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our network of professionals. Daily efforts include:
Marketing:
Devises and implements an integrated marketing campaign strategy. Analyzes campaign performance and make optimization recommendations.
- Drafts and/or reviews external marketing materials including emails, direct mail, and branding collateral.
- Serves as our in-house “Creative Mastermind” and provides innovative ideas on how we can best engage our clients and build brand recognition.
- Network Management:
- Researches and identifies potential clients and candidates, contact information, using cutting edge systems and methods.
- Working with LinkedIn, Social Media, You tube and other resources, to update and connect with our network of 50,000 clients/candidates.
- Updates systems, creating multiple personal touch efforts for birthdays. Anniversaries, follow-ups and other high touch efforts
Social Media:
- Designs social media content strategies to engage, drive brand awareness, and enhance our visibility in the market place.
- Crafts and posts status updates to Instagram, Facebook, and other social media outlets.
- Partners with team on all company outreach efforts.
- Sales support:
- Identifies, generates, and distributes supporting research information for active business development efforts.
- Participates in weekly status and kick-off meetings.
- Updates our Bait, Hook, Reel and Catch business development efforts.
Requirements
- Degree or experience in Marketing, History, Journalism, English, or Communications.
- An outgoing and creative personality who enjoys digging into information and generating innovative marketing and social media strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Energetic with a positive attitude.
