Hunter Ambrose is recruiting for a part-time Junior Recruiter. This is a remote position requiring the selected candidate(s) to be located in the United States. 

ABOUT HUNTER AMBROSE INTERNATIONAL: 

HAI was founded in 2006 and is based in Kansas City, Missouri. We are a boutique, retained firm providing recruitment, executive search and consulting services to the healthcare, digital and finance sectors. 

This is a part-time, 1099 Consultant position with a 3-month assignment. The position is eligible for a full time Recruitment Consultant position after 30 days. 

ABOUT THE POSITION: 

• This is a part-time position with flexible hours Monday through Friday 
• Hours (to be completed in 4 hour blocks) are Monday - Thursday 1pm - 6pm CST with an option for 1-2 morning shifts from 930 to 130 pm, CST 
• Requires a dedicated and quiet home office, cell phone and computer with strong wifi bandwidth
• You will be starting the recruitment process by contacting prospective candidates by phone and text to start the "recruitment" conversation 
• Primarily contacting staff and management candidates in the healthcare field 
• The goal of the position is to move one out of every fifty calls to a viable candidate position 
• Requires a high-energy, upbeat personality who can quickly develop rapport

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 2+ years of employment experience, preferably in customer service, call-center, sales and or hospitality 
• Healthcare professionals encouraged to apply 
• Candidates with experience in recruitment, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition ideal 
• Highly comfortable making cold calls to prospective candidates and starting a recruitment conversation 
• Able to "pitch" the idea of new position and create engagement 
• Able to create high-volume, high-quality call campaigns 
• Tech-savvy- This is a "paperless" position, and you will be working from created tear sheets on our ATS / Applicant Tracking System 
• Able to work in a high-stress environment with changing priorities and deadlines

COMPENSATION: 

• This is a remote, 1099 Contractor position 
• The hourly range is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour 
• A monthly bonus up to $300.00 is available based on goal achievement 
• 8 hours of paid training is provided 
• Payroll is processed bi-weekly
