Hunter Gibbons is seeking a Systems Engineer for our client to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain and install computer networks, Windows and Apple platform
- Utilize knowledge of both client and server environments, printing, firewall, and routing technologies
- Document work performed in PSA software
Job Requirements:- Proficient knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Virtualization/SAN technologies
- MCP in current Microsoft Server Technologies-at least 2 completed required.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Punctual arrival, good attendance mandatory
- Legally/permanently able to work in the United States
- Knowledge of backup software /technologies
- Knowledge of Apple OS
- Exchange 2007, 2010, 2016 (Installation, Management, Troubleshooting)
- Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 Server, Hyper-V
- Active Directory configuration and management
- Office365 configuration/management
- RAID configurations and management
- Understand, configure and troubleshoot networks (firewalls, routers, DNS, NAT, DHCP, etc)
- Ability to quickly assess and troubleshoot IT related issues and recommend solutions
- SonicWall experience (configuration, troubleshooting)
- Connectwise ticketing system experience/Helpdesk ticketing system(s) experience
- RMM tool experience (Labtech/Automate preferred)
