Job Description

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• Extensive experience (4+ years) in Java development (with a strength in Core Java)
• Spring: one or more of the following: spring core, spring mvc, spring batch, spring security, etc.
• JPA, Hibernate, Eclipse Link
• Testing frameworks, such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Spock, Cucumber
• Solid experience working in Linux environments, good scripting experience a plus (3+ years)
• Solid experience with SQL and RDBMS systems. DB2 or Sybase is a plus
• Experience with REST API and Web Services (1+ years)
• Proficient in Algorithms and having experience in implementing algorithms using Java is a plus.
• Proficient in test driven development both for UI (Karma, Jasmine) and Backend services (Junit, Mockito etc)
• Experience developing applications with demonstrated experience with full software lifecycle and deploying applications to Production and experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong technical and communication skills will do well in this role
