BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST 

CREVE COEUR, MO

$27-30/HOUR

BUSINESS ANALYST will assist with the analysis of business processes that will contribute to the design and development of new solutions.

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Have a proactive analysis of data to identify potential issues, responding to issues identified by the customer service team and maintaining documentation
• Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. 
• Represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. 
• Coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls
• Work with e-commerce tools, computer systems, business processes, and work flow. 
• Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree Business or related field
• 1-3+ years of business, industry, or IT related work experience.
• SAP and/or Salesforce knowledge is required 
• Strong Excel knowledge required, good communication skills as they have to interact both with IT and stakeholders (Customer Service).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a business environment.
