Metro Realty Group, a leading property management company is seeking experienced professional Property Manager to join our expanding organization in Newton, Iowa. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, self-motivated, team player with an upbeat, can-do attitude.

Experience:

• Experience with managing multiple properties

• Experience managing a staff, strong follow up skills, team player, detailed, flexible

• Customer service attitude toward residents, prospective residents, and vendors

• Collect rents, prepares 3-day notices, strong leasing skills

• Understanding of Fair Housing and Tenant/Landlord laws

• Prepare resident communication

• Schedule maintenance staff and apartment turnover

• Excellent phone skills

• Valid Driver's License
