Job Summary

The Teacher Supervisor reports to the Center Director and is in charge of managing and performing all Center testing and instructional activity.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of tutoring and exam prep instruction, including supervision of program prescription, initial program, program revision, instruction, interim testing, and student progress.

Ensure that all instruction at the Center is conducted to the highest standard of performance and professionalism.

Review each student's instructional program to determine programming needs.

Hire, train, manage, motivate, observe, and evaluate teachers, or assist in the process as directed by the Center Director.

Maintain detailed knowledge of Huntington's curriculum and operations. Transmit changes to teachers and staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Possess a sincere desire to make a difference in the lives of students and their families.
