Compensation:

• $15 -$17 hr paid biweekly
• Bonus

Desired BOH experience:

• 5+ years of previous BOH experience including broiler, fry, grill, pantry, & saute 
• Prep skills required
• Good knife handling skills
• Food safety knowledge (Food Handler/ServSafe Certified)
• Familiar with operating and maintaining kitchen equipment
• Speak, read & write English
• Speak Spanish
• Training and motivating
• Managing less than 5 people
