Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Self-motivated • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities Compensation: $85,500 at plan yearly
