REPORTS TO: Installed Sales Manager
FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt
PURPOSE: Supervise daily operation of installed sales projects.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage framing of installed sales projects to be completed within scheduled time frame
- Insure installed sales projects are completed with utmost accuracy as defined by company standards
- Implement and maintain jobsite standards in regards to safety, organization, cleanliness and scheduling
- Oversee quality control process resulting in completion of HCL and exceeding customer expectations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Insure jobs are ready - Foundation completed, power available, dumpster, communicating placement location of material on jobsites
- Confirm material has been delivered to jobsite
- Monitor building process - Verify accuracy of design, foundation, material shipped and communicate customer expectations and project uniqueness with framer
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal/external customers under any circumstance
- Knowledge/understanding of construction and framing processes including both component and stick
- Hands-on knowledge of material load transfer and sizing
- Intermediate math skills to include geometry and algebra
- Understanding of hand tool usage
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years proven experience in residential building/design processes
- 1 year customer service experience serving internal and external customers
- 1 year experience managing and scheduling projects

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must pass all required company drug screens as part of drug-free workplace
- Valid driver license and insurability for driving
