We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule services for customers and technicians via phone, email, and text
- Provide information about available services to customers and prospects
- Resolve service issues or concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of recommendations for service based on situation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in pest control industry with customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Typing 50 wpm
- Ten-key by touch
- Computer proficiency and aptitude to quickly learn a new program
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work with interruptions
