This is a performance-based position with upside potential Responsibilities: • Meet with homeowners to present HVAC replacement and upgrade options (Good/Better/Best). • Conduct in-home assessments to determine system needs and comfort solutions. • Educate customers on system benefits, financing options, and available promotions. • Follow a proven sales process to close replacement opportunities. • Maintain a high close rate while keeping customer satisfaction first. • Track leads, sales, and follow-ups in CRM (Housecall Pro or sales platform). • Work closely with the marketing/CSR team to maximize conversion of booked estimates. • Participate in daily/weekly sales training and role-plays. • Achieve monthly sales quotas with transparency and accountability. • Represent the company with professionalism, trust, and integrity. Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required). • Prior sales experience strongly preferred (in-home, retail, or consultative). • Strong presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills. • Ability to learn and present technical information in simple terms. • Highly motivated, coachable, and driven to exceed sales goals. • Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed for homeowner appointments. • Comfortable with CRM software, digital forms, and financing tools.
