Hvac Commercial Dispatcher

In this role, you'll manage daily scheduling and dispatch operations, ensuring our technicians deliver top-notch service. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources. • Communicate clearly with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times. • Monitor and manage the daily schedule, adjusting as necessary to accommodate urgent requests or changes. • Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring timely service delivery. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions in the dispatch system. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. • Work closely with the operations team to align dispatch activities with company goals and service standards. Qualifications: Required • Minimum 5 years of HVAC dispatch experience (required). • Proven experience dispatching HVAC technicians (commercial and/or residential). • Strong working knowledge of HVAC service workflows and terminology. • Proficiency with CRM and dispatch software. • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and high call volume. • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: $25 - $29 hourly
