We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Entry-Level HVAC Installation Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will receive hands-on training to help install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems underneath a skilled HVAC Technician. Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings. • Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on HVAC units. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. • Collaborate with team members and communicate directly with clients regarding service needs. • Complete tasks in varying weather conditions, ensuring safety and quality in all projects. Qualifications: • Experience : Prior construction experience preferred, but not required. HVAC experience is a plus. • Skills : Mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. • Certifications : Driver’s license required. HVAC certification is a plus, but not mandatory. • Physical Requirements : Comfortable working in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying equipment, bending, and performing physically demanding tasks. • Personality : Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols. Compensation: $18 - $22+ hourly
