We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. Responsibilities: • Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of equipment • Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services to customers • Fulfill preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers • Understand and employ electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Certify newly installed components properly function Qualifications: • Current driver’s license and clean driving record • Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent • Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver • Applicant must have required local and state HVAC tech licenses Compensation: $62,400 - $72,800 yearly
