We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. Responsibilities: • Execute maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment for homes and offices • Fulfill preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers • Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services to customers • Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Check newly installed components to make sure they work Qualifications: • Physically able to lift 50lbs unassisted or 100 lbs with help • Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver Compensation: $62,400 - $72,800 yearly
