We are seeking an experienced Unlimited Mechanical Journeyman to join our growing HVAC/R team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has extensive HVAC/R experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment and systems. Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment according to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system calibrations to ensure safe and reliable operation. Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and required documentation. Maintain inventory of service parts, materials, and tools needed to complete assigned work. Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions to customers. Deliver professional, customer-focused service while maintaining positive client relationships. Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and applicable mechanical codes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. This position is safety-sensitive. Qualifications: • • Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications. • Must possess a current Oklahoma Unlimited Mechanical Journeyman License. • Five (5) or more years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC/R experience is preferred. • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, refrigeration principles, electrical controls, and mechanical equipment. • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. • EPA Section 608 Certification is preferred (or required if applicable to the position). • Ability to complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner. • Ability to identify maintenance concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions. • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position, including climbing ladders, working at heights, and working in varying indoor and outdoor environments. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with customers and team members. Compensation: $24 - $50 hourly
