In this role, you will install HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems for commercial and industrial projects while ensuring every installation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities: • • Install, modify, and repair HVAC ductwork, sheet metal components, hoods, and related systems. • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and work orders. • Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and secure sheet metal components according to project requirements. • Select appropriate materials and installation methods based on project specifications. • Coordinate equipment shutdowns and startups with project teams as needed. • Inspect completed installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. • Maintain accurate project documentation and complete required work reports. • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment used in sheet metal installation. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and established safety procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned. • This position is safety sensitive. Qualifications: • • Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications. • Previous experience in commercial HVAC sheet metal installation, fabrication, or a related trade is preferred. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. • Proficiency with sheet metal hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working at heights. • OSHA 10 certification is preferred and required after hire if not currently held. • Valid Class E driver's license with an acceptable driving record is preferred. Compensation: $18 - $30 hourly
