Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance • PTO Responsibilities: • Diagnose and resolve issues with existing HVAC systems and equipment • Perform routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient system operation • Adhere to all company policies and industry safety standards • Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, and system calibrations on-site • Apply technical knowledge and experience to determine service needs • Maintain inventory of necessary tools, parts, and materials • Identify and troubleshoot problems within current HVAC systems • Ensure systems operate at peak performance through regular inspections • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency repair situations • Leverage expertise in system operations and maintenance to support service decisions • This position is safety sensitive Cross-Role Expectations • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting abilities with a focus on long-term solutions • Ability to operate within a dispatcher-led, priority-based workflow • Comfortable managing work orders, documentation, and shift transitions • Commitment to safety practices (LOTO, hot work, confined space as applicable) • Collaborative mindset when working with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams Qualifications: • 5+ years of industrial HVAC experience (manufacturing or heavy commercial preferred) • Proficient in troubleshooting rooftop units, makeup air units, and exhaust systems • Working knowledge of chilled water and hot water systems (basic to intermediate) • Familiarity with air dryers and compressed air systems • EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred) • Ability to diagnose airflow issues, temperature imbalances, and humidity concerns • Comfortable working at heights using lifts and man-lifts Preferred Skills: • Basic understanding of controls and building automation systems (BAS) • Experience with VFDs, including interaction and diagnostics • Background in high-heat industrial manufacturing environments • Experience performing preventive maintenance programs Compensation: $26 - $40 hourly DOE
