This position will be based in one of our Springfield facilities. This position will provide maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting to facility units and the facility. Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with existing units • Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee the proper and secure operation of systems • Execute on-site preventive maintenance, regular repair, and calibration • Keep an inventory of parts and materials necessary for maintenance • Ensure systems function optimally and safely with regular upkeep • Quickly and capably address any emergency repairs • Basic controls and BAS familiarity • VFD interaction and diagnostics • Experience in high-heat, industrial manufacturing environments • Preventive maintenance execution • This position is safety sensitive Qualifications: • 5+ years industrial HVAC experience (manufacturing or heavy commercial) • Strong troubleshooting of rooftop units, makeup air units, and exhaust systems • Experience with chilled water / hot water systems (basic to intermediate) • Familiarity with air dryers and compressed air support equipment • EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred) • Ability to diagnose airflow, temperature imbalance, and humidity issues • Comfortable working at height using lifts and man-lifts • Ability to work with other departments to meet facility needs Compensation: $26 - $40 hourly DOE
