Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with existing units • Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee the proper and secure operation of systems • Uphold all business and industry safety standards and regulations • Execute on-site preventive maintenance, regular repair, and calibration • Make use of expertise and specialized skills to figure out service needs • Keep an inventory of parts and materials necessary for maintenance • Ability to investigate and identify problems with existing HVAC systems • Ensure systems function optimally and safely with regular upkeep • Quickly and capably address any emergency repairs • Utilize expertise and specialized knowledge regarding maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements • This position is safety sensitive Cross-Role Expectations • Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting skills with a bias toward permanent fixes • Willingness to work within a dispatcher-driven, priority-based maintenance system • Comfortable with work orders, documentation, and shift handoffs • Safety-first mindset (LOTO, hot work, confined space as applicable) • Team-oriented approach working with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability Qualifications: • 5+ years industrial HVAC experience (manufacturing or heavy commercial) • Strong troubleshooting of rooftop units, makeup air units, and exhaust systems • Experience with chilled water / hot water systems (basic to intermediate) • Familiarity with air dryers and compressed air support equipment • EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred) • Ability to diagnose airflow, temperature imbalance, and humidity issues • Comfortable working at height using lifts and man-lifts Preferred Skills: • Basic controls and BAS familiarity • VFD interaction and diagnostics • Experience in high-heat, industrial manufacturing environments • Preventive maintenance execution Compensation: $26 - $40+ hourly DOE
