We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. Responsibilities: • Keep record of completed projects and the parts used • Carry out customer warranty services and preventative maintenance plans • Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Check newly installed components to make sure they work • Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of equipment Qualifications: • Earned HVAC school degree or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent • The candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a can-do attitude • Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate • Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license • High school diploma or GED required Compensation: $62,400 - $72,800 yearly
