We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem-solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. Responsibilities: • Certify newly installed components properly function • Identify and fix HVAC problems, including component replacement and installation • Fulfill preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers • Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation • Enter completed projects and the parts used into the database Qualifications: • Applicant must have required local and state HVAC tech licenses • Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent • Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record • EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification required Compensation: $65,000
