We are a fast-growing residential HVAC company serving Park Hills, Farmington, Bonne Terre, Desloge, and surrounding communities. Due to high demand, we are hiring a motivated Sales Representative to run in-home appointments, sell heating and cooling system replacements, and help move projects to completion. This is not a retail or counter sales position. You will meet homeowners in their homes, evaluate their equipment, present options, and close sales. This is a performance-based position with strong earning potential. Training Period (First 60 Days) • Approximately $500 per week base pay • Commission opportunities during training • Paid training on products, pricing, and the sales process After 60 Days • Transition to full commission • Upside income potential • Additional commission on upgrades, ductwork, and add-ons Top performers in residential HVAC sales commonly earn six figures. Responsibilities: • Run company provided sales leads • Conduct in home consultations with homeowners • Evaluate existing heating and cooling systems • Present repair versus replacement options • Close sales professionally and efficiently • Coordinate with office staff and installation team • Follow up with customers throughout the project Qualifications: • Minimum of one to three years of sales experience; preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); Bachelor’s preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
