Responsibilities: • Overseeing and actively participating in the installation and repair of HVAC systems in residential & light commercial settings in North Little Rock, AR, US. • Providing excellent customer service to all clients during interactions. • Diagnosing HVAC and equipment issues is a primary task in daily responsibilities. • Conducting necessary repairs, replacements, and installations of HVAC systems when required. • Performing preventative maintenance and warranty services to ensure HVAC system longevity. • Ensuring safe and timely completion of all assigned jobs within specified timeframes. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience working in HVAC assistance or a related field. • A valid and clean driver's license is a mandatory requirement for this position. • Proficiency in HVAC and Electrical systems is a plus. • Essential familiarity with a variety of HVAC equipment, such as package units, gas furnaces, evaporator coils, and more. • Knowledge of ductwork, including plenums, hard ducts, and vent pipe types, is crucial. • Experience with running electrical circuits is considered a bonus. • Candidates must live within a 30-mile radius of the office to be eligible for this role.
